  Noticed this hotel on the way to go eat with my family, and I painfully regret it. My family got no rest the entire night. The walls are very shallow and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and the rooms next door. The room also had a very bad smell of sweat almost like a gym locker room. I requested to change rooms and the front desk attendant told me that wouldn’t be possible and got aggressive with me. I also found bugs in the shower and on the floors near the beds. This hotel needs to be shut down or knocked down, I went to courtyard Marriott the next few days and it was AMAZING, it felt like heaven after staying at this dump. Do not stay here, the entire hotel reeked of weed as well. Staff doesn’t care to return calls or complaints.

  We went in and immidiately told the desk receptionist our ac was not working. Her solution was to put the system on continuous air. And tried to tell me it was working. Room 111. I told her the compressor isn’t turning on so it’s just room temp air. NO AC ALL NIGHT LONG !!! Handicap room with a mattress on a really low platform. I’m not sure what the reasoning is to have a handicap room really really low to the ground. Either way this could have been resolved but the offered $40 off a room I paid $200 on and taxes alone were $26 Everyone has bad things happen. But not having an AC is a pretty big deal Sweating all night is not fun. So their resolution I feel was not satisfactory or tell a tale of how they will take care of their guests
