  Called them Saturday regarding a promotion that they have going on. Girl said she'll called me back in 20 minutes. Never got that called. I called them Monday and the girl said the same shit "give you a called in like 15 minutes" I said no, I need information. She couldn't cause she was the only one working there. Super bad customer service. Why have only one person working?

  Went to add a line to my existing account. Was charged an accessory without asking if I wanted it or not. The salesperson Ms. Mia explained that it was included in a bundle. After reading other Cricket reviews this is a sales tactic called as bundling, they make you think it’s free. The bad thing is that they don’t explain to you what they’re charging and automatically just add the accessory and then try to explain after you paid, saying it was taxes, activation fees etc…
