Being my first time out in Pecos Tx for business and getting out late from work I wanted something quick to eat so I could then I could check into my room to get some sleep for my next day so I chose wingstop cant go wrong with wings right? Well I was wrong this location was HORRIBLE in service due to the young man at the register denied service to not only myself but 3 other customers walking in and his excuse was they were short staffed and behind on orders which mind you there was 2 other employees in bad but they looked like they were just slacking off not wanting to work. When asking by other customers they could wait the young man said no and for us customers to try working short staff with orders pending. That was uncalled for when your customers are majority oilfielders, pipelines, construction workers that have to work short staffed and in this horrible heat mind you! If I ever return back for business I will never stop or recommend this location to my colleagues. I still hear the young man's comment and this happened 2 days from this post. Horrible horrible horrible wingstop please train your employees better !
