  I signed up for Cricket online, and brought my own unlocked phone. Twice this local store has fixed my phone settings because I screwed them up. Both times they were knowledgeable and quick to help. Both reps had great attitudes. This time it was on Sunday and my screen was black, so I couldn't even see to call Cricket customer service. Thank you all!

  The staff is great but the system they use to process online payments doesn't recognize certain cards as debt cards but instead they think it's a gift card
