  Got home to find out that my 10piece wings are all BURNT! I could tell by looking at them that they were overcooked but iI was gonna just deal with it until I started trying to eat them, they are literally so hard the meat is shriveled up on the bone and the crust is so overcooked that it hurt my tooth. I decided to call because I know I won’t be able to finish this meal and when I told the manager they were overcooked, she tells me “oh no I don’t think they’re overcooked” this really blew me because how would you know what they are?? The wings are on my plate! And do you really think I would be calling up there if something wasn’t seriously wrong? I would be enjoying my darn food after a long day. I had other items on the receipt that I didn’t complain about but for whatever reason she wanted to go against my word for these wings smh. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. She claims she’s sending to corporate for a refund but I’m sure I’ll have to call back because I highly doubt that she submitted for my refund. Terrible customer service and terrible wings.

  Ordered 40 pc this is what I got. I was told that I ordered dry rub thats why they look like electrified with most of them with hole in the middle and skin off. Got credit for 10 pc. Absurd. I was not going to drive over there to return today. Corporate should do better

  My husband orders once a month, I always go in to pick up his order, Sonia is always working there, she is soo cheerful and helpful, and her crew is always soo efficient. Its a great location, vibe, food. Love the fries! good luck to Sonia and team!
