  Very disappointing experience at Wingstop. The cashier was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment she attended us. We arrived around 10:15 PM, expecting to sit down and eat based on the restaurant’s posted business hours, but all the chairs had already been put away and we were told we could no longer eat inside. If a restaurant advertises that it is open until a certain time, customers should be able to reasonably expect normal service during those hours. People make plans based on the posted schedule, and it is frustrating to arrive well before closing only to be told the dining area is already closed. The poor customer service and disrespectful attitude made the situation even worse. Wingstop should make sure its employees respect the posted hours and, most importantly, treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. Very poor experience. I would not recommend this location based on the service we received.

  What happened to the nice lady Angela??? Stopped by today 7/9 @ 7pm and had to deal with horrible service from the cook screaming from the back to ask what type of flavor I was talking about. Meanwhile a lady walks out but fist says have a nice day to the girl at the front with no reply. Just strait up RUDE! They need customer service training asap!

  Angela and her crew are very kind and professional. They made sure i had everything i needed for my order. The Hispanic cashier was also very friendly and has good customer service. Thank you for your making everything awesome when i walked in today. The food was hot and delicious

  I called in my order and it was fast and very Efficient. I had a great meal and the service was wonderful the cashier, Genesis was so sweet and helpful she made sure my order was correct just like order online
