  I had a large item that needed to be returned for repair that was brand new. This situation was already frustrating as the original box was unavailable for me to use. Victoria at UPS stepped aside and helped me pack and secure the shipment in less than 10 minutes, finding a box that was big enough, offering suggestions, helping physically move the large item back and forth as we tried multiple boxes. She never seemed frustrated with me or the situation and always seemed confident that we could resolve it and get it done. She was extremely patient. I'll be back to this particular location as everyone there was a sweetheart that's looking to help you. :) Thanks Victoria!

  The line moved quickly, and not because staff were rushing people. All of the staff were multitasking between sorting, going to the back, and taking care of the next customer with a small. They greeted all customers. Jay assisted me. He was very patient and kindly answered all of my questions. Great customer service and a seamless process; I’ll only frequent this location.

  This review is not for this store just ups as service in general, there is not a single time that I have paid for 2 day delivery and ups have delivered on time. The first time actually my package was stolen not in the box and just taped back up. This time me not having a choice since the store I bought from uses ups I paid for express next day shipping and ups delayed it twice already it’s been 3 days since I was supposed to receive my package. Don’t trust your items being shipped through ups especially if you need it on the day of delivery cause they obviously do now prioritize getting you packages out on time and when speaking to customer service they act like it’s no big deal. Goo to fedex people I’ve never had this problem with them

  Isaiah, Jay, Ashley and Victoria did a phenomenal job of taking care of me. I had three different services that I needed, and everybody was instrumental and making sure that I was able to follow through with all of my task and objectives with no issues. They were very informative and knowledgeable and honestly the customer service was to die for.

  I cannot say enough good things about Ash and Jay. They truly turned what could have been a stressful and emotional errand into such a positive experience. I came in needing to send very important and confidential documents related to my mother’s affairs, and both Ash and Jay treated the situation with professionalism, patience, care, and respect. They made sure everything was completed correctly, securely, and sent to the appropriate place. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the process and felt comfortable before leaving. What stood out even more was how genuinely kind they were. Their humor, warm personalities, and blessings honestly made my day. When you are dealing with important family matters, that extra level of compassion means more than people realize. The entire process was fast, efficient, and stress-free, but I never felt rushed. Ash and Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. It is rare to come across employees who are not only great at what they do, but who also make you feel genuinely cared for as a customer. Ash and Jay absolutely did that for me. I would highly recommend this UPS location to anyone. If management sees this, please know that Ash and Jay deserve to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide.
