  The customer service at this location is straight trash. I just finished with my return. I walked in no greeting. I walked up to the counter, smiled and said, "Hello, how are y'all doing?". Two of the three gentlemen that were there looked at me but never responded. The one who served me never acknowledged me just scanned my QR code, printed the ticket and handed it to me me all while have a personal conversation with the other gentleman behind him. I said thank you and walked out. The young man never said a word to me.

  Why are they using a scented wax burner thing in here? Giving people migraines and headaches every time they need to ship something is really awful. Just use an air filter or something.

  We were attended by a black guy (not trying to be racist but didn’t care to read his name - should have asked to make this post more reliable and to be able to take proper action.) I emailed them a document to be printed out. So was expecting the services to be just $1 or $2. But he asked we needed to pay $4 for just to begin the service with him and the copies being extra. The question of course is not about a money. But I have several UPS locations I have never! Heard of this service fee to start! This store needs to take some proper actions against such dishonest employees.

  I love this UPS location so much! Shipping orders was so easy here, unfortunately I moved and have to use a different UPS which is the worst experience every time! Miss my guys there 🤎
