  Today, I went to UPS to return a package and had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The self-service label printer near the entrance was not working. We scanned the code, but no label came out. When we told the employee that the label had not printed, he suddenly raised his voice at us and said, “You do this every time.” We were completely confused because this was the first time we had ever encountered this issue. We had no idea what he meant by “every time” or why he was speaking to us in such an accusatory and rude manner. What made the experience even worse was what happened as we were leaving. Three new customers walked in, and the employee complained out loud, saying something along the lines of, “One just left, and now three more come in.” His attitude made it very clear that he was annoyed by customers simply coming into the store. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

  Today my service was exceptional, which is pretty regular at this ups store. It’s stellar when employees use their ingenuity to help customers. A+

  Customer service. They are professional, friendly and very good at what they do. We have relied on their service for over eight years and never been disappointed.

  My experience at this UPS location was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the employee didn’t greet me or even say “good morning.” He just stared at me without asking how he could help. When I handed him my Amazon return, he tossed it in the floor instead of handling it with care or professionalism. The entire atmosphere felt very negative. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and it showed in the way customers were treated. A simple greeting, a friendly attitude, and respectful handling of customers’ items would make a huge difference. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location.

  This location is actually SO bad, they should shut it down. The WORST SERVICE YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE, the reviews say it all. They are rude, dismissive and cannot even be bothered to print a label (while charging a 4 dollar fee for it). I actually never leave reviews unless they are good, so that should tell you something. I’m used to having great service my normal UPS location so this was highly disappointing and not a good look on the company as a whole.
