Went in yesterday to drop off 2 amazon returns and it was packed. There were 2 registers open. No one was facing the register closest to the wall so I walked straight up to it thinking maybe this is just for drop offs. None of the workers said anything to me till this lady starts throwing a fit about me "skipping the line". I told her she was causing a scene and that she needed to calm down. 2 open registers means a line for each register. At any other store this would make perfect sense. Apparently I was wrong because the mod effect soon took over and now I have a bunch of angry old women complaining about me "skipping line". Supposedly the "rules are" 1 single file line that starts at the register closest to the wall and then wraps around to the other register. Someone explain to me how piling people up at an open register makes any sense. Not to mention nothing it posted anywhere about this said "rule". I can only imagine the fire marshall loves the fact that this business is over occupancy as well. To the lady that caused a scene grow up and to the worker that caved under her demands you are a coward. By the time I got to the register it to me less than 30 seconds to have the guy scan my return label tell him I didn't need a receipt and walk out the door. This is outrageous the woman should have been asked to leave but instead I got yelled at in public for using common sense and for not knowing about some BS unspoken "rule".

I'm not sure if it's staff or management change, but the last 2 visits to this store has been disappointing. The door states they are open for business at 8am but at 8:10am there's no movement in the store, the lights are still off and the doors are locked. The store should update their time of operation instead of creating a continuous bad experience.
