  This used to be a good subway. Until today. I came here during my lunch break, had a sandwich made, and at the end I asked for sauce on the side. The manager Maggie absolutely refused to accommodate by giving sauce on the side, and I ultimately had to be refunded. This was a complete waste of time. Coorporate, please contact me as soon as possible as well as, get another manager with a better attitude and more professionalism.

  Don’t come on a Sunday for lunch (or ever!!). Only one person is working, has a line of people to the door and is in no hurry whatsoever. Then a guy walked in with an online order that said was ready but wasn’t, his order was apparently more important than mine. Customer service is of no importance here. Will not be coming back to this location.

  Very disappointed at the service i received here. I was assisted by an older Hispanic lady who blatantly tried to talk over me when i tried to tell her what i wanted on my sandwich. I then tried to explain to her that i have to let her know what i wanted on the sandwich then she proceeded to have an attitude which at this point made me very uncomfortable to even eat the food. I paid for my food and left. I will never return to this location.

  Customer service is horrible. I’ve literally been hung up on twice, it made me so mad that all I could do was laugh. I usually go to the subway down the street from here, their customer service is much better. Plating with someone’s money in this economy is completely disrespectful.

  Employees are great. Food is good. Do not order online. I ordered online and they had a technical problem on their end and I had to contact my bank to stop payment.
