I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today. From the moment we arrived, the service was hostile and rude. Even though there were 40 minutes left until closing time, the employee prohibited us from eating inside the establishment without any valid justification. Furthermore, she pressured us in a very unpleasant way, and because she was making our order so reluctantly, she dropped our sandwich on the floor and reacted with offensive language.
We learned from other customers at the shop that this person has a constant history of poor service and mistreatment. It is disappointing to receive such treatment, and I hope management takes serious and immediate action so that other customers do not have to go through this. I do not plan to return to this location.
Mary has the worst customer service. I walk in and she just keeps doing whatever she’s doing in the back and proceeds to say “ what are you here for ? A sandwich, this is a sandwich shop.” If the other person is busy stocking you should help your customers instead of rushing people. She is lazy when it comes to making your sandwich, will close the sandwich before you even tell her everything you want on it.

My kid order meatball pepperoni, the lady who made the sandwich, didn't have any idea about how prepared it. She saw the board, and the board saids " pepperoni, sauce", etc.
She didn't put any meatballs, just the sauce and the other ingredients.
I saw the price and it was more expensive than the regular meatball sandwich. I told her that I was not posible that the sandwich just content the sauce, and she told me that the board just said sauce, no meatballs. I paid, but I was not happy with the sandwich.
I went to the website page to look for a picture of the sandwich, and the picture shows a sandwich WITH meatballs. I return to the restaurant to told her that she was incorrect. She offered me a 6 inch sandwich as a pay for the mistake.
My point here is that you must train your workers. She was very nervous all the time, also she was alone serving three costumers.
PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SUBWAY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE FROM ENTRY. HER NAME STARTS WITH A K OR E I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER BUT THE LINKS TO ADD VEGGIES AND ETC WERE NOT WORKING. SO I WENT IN THE STORE TO LET THE MANAGER KNOW I WOULD ADVISE HER OF WHAT I WOULD LIKE ON MY SANDWICH. MIND YOU KNOW ONE WAS IN THE STORE AT THE TIME. SHE INSTANTLY SAID NO SHE WOULD NOT MAKE MY SANDWICH WHILE I INTRUCTED HER. SHE SAID SHE WOULD ONLY GO BY WHAT WAS ON THE ONLINE TICKET. SHE THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AFTER I ASKED FOR A REFUND. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND NON CHALANT AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY UNTIL THE POLICE ARRIVED. THEY ARRIVED AND MADE HER PROCESS THE REFUND.
