  I don't know the manager's name i am about to speak about, but i can say that she has a decaying tooth on her bottom grill. I hate to use that as an identifier; however, she would not give me a name. The tooth looked like it was dying. I walked into this place wanting to help an elderly patient that I was helping in my clinic next door. The elderly women was in there around 430pm she was eating and then coming to my clinic to purchase a pair of glasses. She misplaced her credit card; she does not walk well, so I walked over to ask to see if, by chance, they had found a credit card. Upon walking in, you can tell the lady working was CLEARLY UPSET. She would not listen and merely kept shouting back at me that she did not know where the lady was. She would not allow me to speak, nor did she listen when i said I know where the lady is and that she lost a credit card. I went back and walked the elderly there myself, to see if she remembered where she sat. The entire time we are in there, the lady is yelling at us that she did not know where the person was and that if we are not buying anything, we needed to leave before she called the police. I asked for her name at this point and said i was going to report her at which her response is that she is the manager id merely be calling her, again to leave other she will call the police. Angrely i said we haven't done anything but asked questions that you are not paying attention to so give me your name so i may call your superior and report you. She grabbed her phone like she was calling the police. As I am walking out with the patient, she yells you BLACK PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING. I am not sure who did her wrong but she deserves all the wrong and karma coming her way. I absolutely recommend everyone find another restuarant. BY FAR THE WORST FROM THESE POPLE.

  I walked in there was nobody at the counter. My coworker went to the restroom came out nothing we thought he might’ve been in the restroom. I went and I knocked on the door nothing so I walked up. I knocked on the office door and he ran out there was an older black lady that was sitting in her car that had been outside stationary for 30 minutes, waiting on her order that she ordered the Internet and still to this moment after 4550 minutes he had made her her food yet so now she’s requesting her money back this dude really needs to get better training. They need to get help in here sometimes it’s horrible.

  Whoever the short hefty Hispanic lady with the bob was on July 13, 2026 at around 4:00 PM was super rude for no reason almost as if she hated her job. She kept talking to me like I was a little kid telling me to get in line and making smart remarks. She also checked out a customer before me and she did not change her gloves after touching the nasty register. I told her she was rude and I walked out without the sandwich. I will never give my money to this location ever again this is my second time having this kind of encounter with a rude employee.

  Asked me to hurry because they "should be leaving already" at 9:30pm. They close at 10:00pm. Really rude.

  It's been a while since I've been to Subway sonce I only used to go for the cookies. But this location made me want to start going back more. Fresh sandwiches, clean, and great customer service and the cookies recipe hasn't changed a bit. 😋
