  I came to pick up my dad’s order. There were only two people on shift, so I had to wait a bit, but I wasn’t in a rush. My dad had requested no ice in the four large drinks. I asked the employee if the drinks could be remade without ice since that was what he asked for. She told me they couldn’t and said, “Sorry, we can’t do that,” explaining it was “the rules.” When I asked why, she gave me attitude and didn’t really explain, which I found dumb. It honestly felt like they could have remade the drinks, but they just didn’t want to, and I felt like I was being lied to. I called my dad to let him know, and he said it was okay, so I just went home. Update: They didn’t even get the order right 🫤

  The older lady was very rude and didn’t even give any napkins. She did a poor job. It wasn’t even busy and she didn’t want to serve me. Never going back there again. Don’t go there. The elder lady is very cruel.
