Poor customer service. I waited in line while an employee struggled with a complicated print order and another associate stepped in to help. A customer who arrived after me with a simple return/ship with label on and ready to be sent (the same reason I was there) was helped before me. When I asked if my quick return could be processed, I was told no. Employee stated she was still helping the customer before me, but it was the other associate who she asked for help that was assisting that customer. It seems they pick and choose who to help rather than serving customers in the order they arrive.
This place is always great. It's worth the drive! Last time, the manager himself waited on me very professional!

Unfortunately, I'm sharing this review due to poor customer service I received from Diana, an associate that works at the FedEx Pearland location. Diana was very dismissive, and it is perhaps due to her racist attitude towards Black customers.
On Sunday, May 3rd I visited the FedEx Pearland location to ship a package. I will mention, I have been a consistent customer of this specific location for 3 years and most of the staff are helpful and professional, however, Diana is always hostile and I typically avoid her because she is intentionally dismissive.
During my May 3rd visit, I attempted to ship a package using my company's account number. When it was my turn, I greeted Diana and explained I would like to ship the package using my account number. I presented the account number to Diana, she typed it in and said it is "not a valid account number and it doesn't exist." I explained I frequently patronize this location with no issues and
I will also mention I visited this SAME location on May 1st to ship a package and had absolutely no problems or issues.
Diana said there was nothing she could do and proceeded to help the customer behind me.
I called back to ask for the District manager contact, unfortunately Diana answered and said she can't give out that information. Diana is a dishonest associate and needs to be reprimanded.
I will not patronize this location ever again and will reach out to the manager and District manager for resolution.
