  Came to pay my phone and it not even open it's already I even showed up by 10:20am 10:43am I needed a power pack and make reconnect my phone this is ridiculous. And a few people showed up as well still closed

  I have been a customer of Talha Akbany since he was the manager at the Murphy location I used to visit that store because of his excellent customer service professionalism and positive attitude, Now that he is managing the pearland location I continue to come here specifically because of him he always provides outstanding service treat customer with respect and make sure all our needs are taken care of.

  I just want to give a wonderful review I just got into a horrible car accident and my phone just disappeared off this Earth, but when I stepped into that place nothing but positive energy and every single person that I talked to was extremely polite and helpful in every way 😌
