  I will not be returning to this location. A young lady was helping me choose flavors and suggested providing a wing tossed in sauce as a sample so I could decide what to order. However, the manager, Raul Trevino, got into an argument with me over a sample. I simply wanted to taste a sauce before making a purchase. Instead of allowing a proper sample, he handed me a container of sauce and told me to “dip my finger in and taste it.” He then instructed the young lady not to give away samples because, according to him, his costs were too high. I found the interaction unprofessional and unnecessary. A customer wanting to sample a sauce before purchasing should not result in an argument with management. What makes this especially disappointing is that I’ve been coming to this location for years. Because of this experience, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

  I don’t know what it is about this location, but they cannot get an order correct. I order about twice a month and in half the time either the dipping sauce or the fries are missing from the order. They won’t refund you for their mistake either since it’s an online delivery order. They will only offer to have you come by the store to get a missing item which completely defeats the reason for delivery in first place. Go with another location is my suggestion. This one does not have decent quality assurance checking a simple order.

  Food is great but they over stepping their boundaries asking people for their last name. Make my food and shhhhhhh.

  I stopped by on my lunch break and was immediately greeted by Eric. He was so kind that he asked me about my day which wasn’t the best but just the gesture made me smile. Thank you for being so kind. He immediately brightened up my day with his smile and friendliness. I had a great lunch. The food was delicious as always, and fresh. I’m not often on the side of town because I live in Katy but today I was working in the area. If I’m ever around here again, I will come back to this location, wonderful staff. ❤️
