  Esta semana fui por drive thru en primera tardaron para ir atenderme segundo cuando va la señora y llega ala ventanilla solo para decirme q vuelva hacer fila y me Mueva que porque la manager dijo q volviera hacer fila cuando ya estaba de primera que xq tenían mucha fila 😤 hosea no entiendo su manera de trabajar si tienen fila xq no tomar primero mi orden y ahí si ya mandarme a esperar y hacer fila de nuevo obviamente mejor me fui a comprar a otro lugar muy mal servicio yo pago mi comida no la estoy pidiendo regalada 🤷🏼‍♀️ No entre a dentro xq estaba lloviendo mucho y aparte venia de mi trabajo no andaba como para exibirme con mi ropa de trabajo muy mal servicio

  They never have certain items like no shredded cheese or no crackers.. They always out of something.. And its always freezing cold like freezing cold 🥶 so you never sit down and eat..

  I placed an online order 20 minutes in advance, in the app where I can track my order it says it was ready for pick up. When I came even after my expected time and the fact that it says it was ready. I still had to wait 20 mins at the restaurant while multiple people who does walk in would get their order before me. What is the point of ordering ahead and using the app to track if I still have to wait so long. When it seem like walking in would be faster

  I made a order in the app at 12:50 it’s was supposed to be ready at 1:10 I went inside at 1:13 to get my order but it wasn’t ready when the app showed me it was ready and inside it was slow and the 2 women’s there had me waiting to long for my order , my order was ready by 1:30 so disappointed bc I really love subway but those women took forever.
