  Went in for a phone yesterday, Vicky offered payment plan options which helped me in getting the phone that I wanted for a lower out the door price, really appreciate her help, will recommend and go back again definitely

  I was a little tight on my bill payment however the manager suggested to make my payment online to save me $10 and even helped me with the process, you guys are awesome

  Today i was almost robbed by cricket employees. I asked for a 128 gb Motorolla phone and they gave me the 64 gb motorolla because it was more expensive. Vicky O and the old indian lady and the boss were all in it together. The boss was pressuring me to get the phone protector and case so much because he was making commission out of it. That didnt bother me though. What bothered me was the end total and the fact that they tried robbing me. They offered me a OEM headset 3.5 and a car adapter which i didnt ask for either of them but THEY told me it was FREE. The total came to 260 dollars. I asked for a receipt after i had bought it. Which was a big mistake by me.When i questioned them on why i was being charged for the oem and the headset they said something about it being scaled to retail price. They told me the phone cost 200 dollars but i checked and i had the upgrade promotion it was 80 dollars for the phone...........I left and came back later ASKING for a refund and they told me refunds werent allowed because i paid by debit card. I called a cricket representative and thankfully he helped me get a refund from these scammers. I am now considering switching to another phone service. I am dissapointed with cricket. The employees are willing to scam customers to get more on their commission. I wanna give thanks to the customer representative on the phone who saved me approximately a 100 bucks.
