  My coworkers and I have been going to this subway for years now. We bring quite a bit of repeat customers with us. Now for some reason the GM refuses to let you "build up" your sandwich with vegetables. I wrote an email and I called, trying to get some feedback on the issue. I've never had this issue with any other subway. The staff is usually friendly but on this issue the shift manager was a little rude. It may be petty, but if I want some extra vegetables on my $8 sandwich I don't think it should be an issue. If vegetables are breaking your store, you might want to consider closing it down. My colleagues and I will no longer be visiting this particular store again.
