  Poor customer service and refusal to back up their product. I was 3 days late beating the 7 day return policy. Chad (regional manager) refused to allow me to return a defective phone even though Cricket was not open regular business hours and the road were not drivable due to the snow storm we had this week.

  Not much phone knowledge. They couldn’t help me. I went down the street & got immediate help from AT&T. They, AT&T were very knowledgeable & knew immediately what the problem was & showed me how to correct it. I do not recommend Cricket. The employees were not only unhelpful but very rude.
