  Got left on hold for almost 10 minutes 2 times, showed up in person to order and cashier was rude and had a nasty attitude. I tried replacing my ranch for a buffalo hot sauce Wich I have been doing for 15 years and got told it wasn’t possible. Cashier started making some cringe faces when I tried to place my order so I just left. These franchises have the best wings but unfortunately they never have employees that know how to do their job it’s like they just hire who ever comes in through the door. Very disappointed because this is the nearest location to me and will definitely not be going back.

  Went there 30 minutes before close. I had gotten off a 12 hour shift I had only eaten breakfast. The cashier was ready to take my order when 3 little gremlins called her over to lie about their system being down. If there system was down, the cashier would've told me in the first place instead of being ready to take my order. The females where doing their job while 3 grown men with their arms crossed just talking.

  Order was long than 10 minutes, than after coming home to eat the wings I found a hair in my wing

  Slow shift, had 5 people, 3 in the back & 2 ladies up front, went in for veggie sticks, ranch and atomic, took them 15 minutes to get out my order. Managers need to train the employees to check on easy orders to get out ASAP. Poor service at this location.
