  Terrible service in this store, I made my payment and they canceled my service after trying to fix it with the agent and with the manager, none of them wanted to answer me. I was without service for 2 days, I have been paying 8 lines for 3 years and because of their mistake I lost My money and my time Now when customer service finally solves my problem, 1 of the 8 lines is not working, I call the store to solve it and the person who is in service hangs up on me. I am definitely NOT RETURNING TO THIS PLACE.

  Nydia is not professional at all. I went for the iPhone 14 pro max she brings the phone with like 5 accessories and i told her I don’t need that. She is like I can’t sale you the phone with out this accessories. I told her I don’t need that I already have an original apple charger the one she was selling me was a cheap brand, also a liquid temper glass a case that I didn’t even like and like other 2 accessories. You don’t force customers to buy accessories you encourage them to buy them because it will protect their phone. But not force them. Just because they have a goal to meet at the end of month you are not forcing customers. It’s a lie what her and Mario said “ that’s the way it comes the phone with acc”How sad the way they are getting train. Never again going to a buzz wireless cricket store.
