  Please save yourself the stress. The “manager” has no respect for the customers, rolling her eyes nodding her head no, and angrily throwing fries and items around just because I requested WELL SEASONED, FRESH FRIES because they gave me cold burned and lightly seasoned fries. Cashier tells me it’s because they’re busy and my order came out a while ago. I told her I was told 15-20min and she says well it came out faster… OK. How’s that my fault. Then I asked the manager’s name and the cashier told me she was coming over, she came over and I requested her name and she refused to provide me her name. But she is big and morenita with bangs, you definitely can’t miss her. I expressed my concern for her behavior and customer service and she said nothing and refused to provide her name. They should have name badges. Moral of the story, I hope the company addresses her behavior and I should’ve listened to the Google reviews and drove a little further down the street to the other location. Never again.
