  Hi, I wanted to share feedback about my visit today. The young man who helped me was incredibly polite, fast, and professional. He appeared to be handling the front by himself and seemed very stressed. From what I could see, other employees were in the back and didn’t appear to be helping him while customers were waiting. I don’t know everything that was happening, but as a customer it looked like he wasn’t getting the support he needed. I wanted to recognize his great service and ask that management look into whether employees are working together appropriately.

  My most recent visit ... food is always on point and these wings are arguably the best from the plethora of commercial wing places However my last visit to the location on Ware and 495 was a joke! A bathroom humor type of sadistic joke, where the staff thinks it's totally normal to open the disgusting stench filled women's bathroom door to "fix it" during peak lunch hours I forcefully and dramatically closed the propped open bathroom door to try to mitigate and minimize the putrid stench that not even the spiciest sauces would cover up (I was trying to also impress some friends which did not end up working out) The staff was completely apathetic like they just started the Nietzsche nihilistic arc in their lives like typical freshman philosophy students I kept shouting "how is the health inspector okay with this?" But I should've said "I didn't ask for this?, I didn't know this was one of the new flavors?" I'll left before cops would've probably been called , I don't want to become another statistic getting mag dumped in a stench filled wing place
