  This place doesn't give a dam about new customers. The manger does absolutely nothing to help and just stays behind a closed door. I never got the help i needed.

  The young lady working here at the Palestine cricket is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us transfer our phones quickly and efficiently. We were having trouble getting our transfer pins to start our service. We were also running late to a dinner date we were attending. She worked on getting the transfer pins AND was working on a third phone for another customer at the same time. I’ve dealt with many other service providers and she got us out of there in about 45 minutes and that was the quickest I’ve ever had anyone get us set up before even with all the trouble we’re having with our old service provider. She is a cell phone guru and does her job very efficiently. Cricket needs to give that girl a raise!!!
