    They guy that made our sandwiches was very funny. The food was good, veggies were fresh. The store interior was a bit lacking but we didn't stay to eat there.

    The people working made some comments like people need to stop coming in and the way they make food is not the best. Just put meat in the salad did not cut it all and did not read where it said ranch on the side. And no fork in the bag.

    I walked in for my lunch and there were 3 employees all talking about dogs. I stood at the order here sign for a few minutes and not one of these employees stopped talking about dogs to greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I made eye contact with all three of them and no one took my order. I finally got tired of waiting and just walked out. I have never been completely ignored by any establishment before. I will never come back to this location again.

    This place is seriously going downhill fast. A few weeks ago we had a bad experience when picking up our online order, they had a lot of attitude because we came in the side door where they had mopped recently apparently. But we walked in already and tried to walk around it. Were we supposed to walk out and go to the other door? That was a few weeks ago.. just today I ordered online and came in almost 10 minutes after the app told me it was ready and I waited about 45 minutes for my order. They hadn’t even started it yet. They NEED to get a third person at this location dedicated to doing online orders or they need to remove that option honestly. The two workers working there today were probably very overworked so I’ll give them that but they seemed very rude. After I’d been there for about 30 minutes already waiting I walked up to see if they had started my order yet and she said “not even gonna lie I haven’t even started your order yet” and also I heard her say she was going to have a mental breakdown because she had to clean something before closing. The girl said something about encountering only stupid people at work to another customer. Like what? We’d been waiting SO long for our orders while they tended to everyone who walked in immediately and that’s what you say? They NEED more help in there or something needs to be changed at this location because it’s not functionally well right now. Also the app needs to actually WORK. It shouldn’t say it’s ready when it’s not. I waited an hour for my order total. Not worth it for a sandwich tbh

    I have place name orders in app and in store. Sometimes people are not in a good mood and I totally understand that. But today I placed a mobile order, came in pretty soon after since we were on the way home. When I came in I received no welcome to Subway, I said no hurries I'm the mobile order was just placed. The young lady said "oh that's you" and veryrudely. Then she went to the back stopped the male employee and said she is waiting right there you do it. I spoke up and said again I am not in a hurry is there a problem with me sitting here. He said no don't worry. Then she again came out and said what's her problem 🙄 I live in between this one and the Livingston one. I will not be going to this location again. And we have Subway at least once a week.
