  I never dine in at this location; I only order takeout through the app. Unfortunately, they have gotten my order wrong every single time I’ve ordered from here. The last time was especially frustrating because several items were missing, and I actually had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. When I returned, all I got was a simple “sorry,” and then I still had to wait way too long for them to give me the items they had forgotten in the first place. To make things even worse, after all that waiting, the food they gave me was extremely salty and honestly not enjoyable. Mistakes can happen, but when my order is wrong every single time, I have to drive back to fix it, wait even longer, and then the food still isn’t prepared properly, that’s simply unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve both its order accuracy and overall service.

  this wing stop provides the best service out of all of the odessa stores. Tristan went out of her way to show us kindness, and the wings were perfectly cooked

  The food wasn't necessarily bad but nothing has any flavor. I got bone in and boneless mild wings and the sauce they use for those just tastes like peanut oil with nothing else in it. I also got the classic hot and it maybe tasted like a1 steak sauce but has 0 spice or real flavor to it. The ranch was ranch hard to mess it up but the blue cheese had 0 flavor and no chunks of cheese in it, it was essentially heavy cream. Like I said nothing was nasty tasting, But i think you will have a better experience with TV dinners and not have to spend 45$ on it.
