  Worst UPS Store. We have a rental box at Faudree location and it took them 2 months to get us a key. We have a lot of packages delivered and every time we go in to pickup they can never find them. They are usually scattered everywhere and takes us 15-30 minutes every time we go to pickup. Just yesterday day went to pickup package and after 30 minutes of them looking we were told sorry some body must have stole it and we just need to contact Amazon. This is even after Amazon picture showing it was dropped off on their counter. It should be responsibility of UPS Store to handle our packages and to locate them if stolen. I have repeatedly in the past and now to call, text, email and voicemails to them and management will not respond to any of our forms of communication. We will be seeking a refund for our box rental and will be taking our business somewhere else. Beware if you use this location.

  Sent my mini fridge back to manufacturer and the package is lost I did not watch the owner package it up just got a receipt and so I guess I’ll never get my refund lesson learned from stopping here ! SMH …

  Only one worker sure makes a slow day even slower 😒 & dude puts labels in his mouth too. Gross.
