  Makes it “their way”. Nachos when in the oven with cheese on veggies. No biggie but different than everywhere else I’ve been. Then never put sauce on and I never realized it until I got home. So hot honeyless nachos anyone?

  Some people definitely need some guidance when it comes to managing a team. You don’t train someone to cut meat during the lunch rush when there are only six employees working and have no one helping the sandwich maker when there are 15 people waiting in line. Sadly, I had to ask for my online order to be made by what I believe was the manager because she wouldn’t take the initiative to step in and help her employee. She had him completely overwhelmed, and he kept apologizing because he was trying to take care of everyone by himself. After she finally made my sandwich, she went right back to cutting meat instead of continuing to help the employee who was clearly struggling to keep up. It was honestly sad to see. That employee was doing his best and clearly cared about taking care of the customers, but he needed support from his manager. Good employees deserve managers who recognize when their team needs help and are willing to step in.
