  Went there 2 weeks ago and was told we are not open yet it was 9am I asked if I can get some help as my phone was reset and could log into the Internet she then said she couldn't help that I needed to log into a phone somewhere else clearly there was so many phones that I could use to log into my account she didn't want to help . Also she didnt. Even want to access my account and said I should call assurion if I have insurance I said why don't you call them from your line I clearly don't have a working phone she said she couldn't do that . She said her name was Karen and she was the manager I highly doubt that a manager would treat customers that way also was told not to come back this was the worst customer service I've ever had and the manager should be taught how to treat customers and go above and beyond for a person that is clearly in need . I would never go back .
