  Ordered Wingstop for dinner, and unfortunately our order was missing ranch and a few items needed to be remade. I called and spoke with Leilei, the manager, and she was so kind and helpful! She remade the items and even gave us brownies for the inconvenience. She truly turned what started as a not so great experience into an amazing one. Great customer service, Leilei! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  SERVICE WAS DYNAMIC!!! THE APP MESSED UP MY ORDER AND ZOEY GOT ON TOP OF IT. THE MANAGER WAS AMAZING AND PROMISED IT WOULD BE FIXED WITH NO ISSUES!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE SHOWN!!!! ILL BE BACK!!.

  Normally they are about 3 stars but last night our hot honey wings weren't seasoned at all. Gross. The wings aren't THAT good that they don't need seasoning. Plus we stood at the counter for several mins before being greeted but they saw us and just stared at us. Maybe the owner should show up more. That tends to get things going.
