    So I'm a big believer in affirming and supporting people wherever I can, but I will not give credit or credit is not due. I never give bad reviews, hardly ever. But from the time I called, The girl seemed annoyed that I was even calling her and then I get there and the guy behind the counter is the same way, disinterested and unfriendly. I get Home to notice half of my order is missing, the fries are cold And I call him and he didn't seem like he even cared to help me figure it out at all. The lack of customer service here is ridiculous and I suggest y'all go a little extra out of your way to make it to a different Wingstop if you want better Service and a better outcome

    Food was good, place was clean but this place is the slowest food place I’ve ever been. I believe to run a business should focus on quality, cleanliness, speed as it considers fast food, and customer service. How you can run a busy place like this with only 4 workers who’s been standing the whole shift and you can tell they all tired trying to make it for living. The girl in front was taking care of most of the place. Dining room, picking up orders, DoorDash deliveries, and answering the phone trying her best to keep everyone happy. From waiting for 8 minutes as they ask me to do so, 10:17pm didn’t pick up the order and leave the place 10:43. Which we ordered online. Imagine if I ordered walking in. Management should do better to back up their employees and customers. Cannot manage, I advise you to find an easy, lazy job to make money through. Leadership lead by example.. Thank you for the girl in front for taking care all of this and being patient with your customers

    I typically order all flats but forgot. I got home and my 12 piece was all drums 😩😩😩. Also, not well done as requested.

    Just shut it down already. They are never consistent. They never have orders ready. Have seen multiple people bring their orders back. Toddlers can run this place better. Obviously management doesn't care because the service hasn't changed in over a year of coming here.
