Staff are so nice. I stopped by to print some papers and send a fax in last 4 minutes before they close, she was very welcoming and repeatedly mentioned no rush at all. It took 10 minutes more after their official closing time and she still in the welcoming mode. Highly recommended, especially for last minutes print and fax services 😎💐.

Ridiculously slow wait time for FedEx drop off, with only one guy working several different jobs. (TSA, FEDEX) while some manager? Lady stands around watching the line get longer. No thanks it's not okay that I have to wait 20 minutes for a package dropoff.. this location needs better management for staffing.

Fed Ex online customer service is nonexistent! Their computer system is set up so its impossible to reach a live agent. The staff at this location on Davis and N Tarrant are AWESOME! Making the trip to the store being be met by real live people wanting to go above and beyond was so worth it! Thank you ladies for all your help today!

The young man that tended to me was excellent. Kind and efficient.
