  Raheel is a stand up guy. He explained everything very simply and clearly. I know what to expect when I am a Cricket customer. If his boss sees this, let the man have a chair or a stool.

  I had the worst customer service when I went to this store.I didn't know my password because my husband bought my phone and that was first time I have been in the store since he bought two years ago .Juan treated me like a had no brain.I finally got the password and entered it to see if I was time upgrade my phone. Which I wanted to upgrade to a iPhone Then he told me they were out of stock of one I wanted.He seemed like he didn't want to help or get a sale.I have been sales over 40 years and would never treat a customer like he treated me.He should not be in sales.
