  I had a great experience here and Kylie was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so much easier for me. She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate all the help she gave me. Definitely recommend this location, especially because of the great customer service!

  I have a package that came form the UPS hub in Conroe that was supposed to be delivered to delivered to this location for pick up on the 18th. The package left Conore at 10:09AM on the 18th. My Tracking has been saying it's delayed for over a week now. Delayed how? It left on the 18th from their UPS location 20 miles away. Whenever I call them asking if they can check to see if it's there and was possibly missed, I keep getting told that their delivery truck either hadn't arrived or it did arrive but my package wasn't on it, or that my tracking is showing it's delayed, or that I need to file a claim. A simple request to do something such as checking the back to make sure it wasn't missed is not even considered. The seller of the item has been contacted. I'm tempted to stop by there Tuesday since I will have a short day that day but I'm pretty sure they are going to give me more excuses about their truck, or the tracking number, or needing to file a claim to refuse to go to the back and check, nor do I believe they will actually go check if they say they will.
