  Just an Honest Review I called about this mailer I received that showed better rates than I currently pay for the first thing the person on the phone tells me is that I would have to move my car insurance and all over to even get close. It's a Bait and Switch Tactic I wouldn't even waste your time calling. These companies should be investigated for fraudulent mailers.

  I was unceremoniously moved to a different agent after my 20+ year agency closed. Now, my premium rates are increasing while my policy remains the same. I've received no explanation for why. I will say though, with my former agent, claims were handled quickly and hassle free. I'm not sure that will hold true for my current agent though. Hopefully, I won't need to test their quality of service.

  The mailings this company sends out are a scam. With correct detailed info on my home, they sent a letter claiming that they could insure my home for under $1200. So I made the call. When I called, with me having made no prior claims on the house, they gave a formal quote of $3200, almost triple what their mailing claimed!! I'm sick and tired of these type of liars sending mailings out like this to get us to call them. This is fraudulent and there ought to be a law against this!

  I worked with Matthew Fredrick and he was so good to us that I really wanted to write this review. After being with Geico/Travellers for over 20 years, I was surprised at the level of personalized customer service I received from Matt even after he had my business. Prompt, professional, and clear communication with excellent follow-through, and not to mention I'm saving thousands of dollars per year with Allstate, all make me a very happy customer.

  I changed to Allstate for house insurance a couple of years ago. Even as a new customer, they were very easy to deal with when I needed a new roof. This year I changed my car insurance to Allstate. I like the DriveWise app , which tells me how I am doing.
