Worst experience I've ever had with fast food bar none. Terrible customer service, workers working at a snails pace and talking to each other the whole time over making subs. Took an hour to get my mobile order, they need a system to handle the line and mobile orders and more supervision.

Slowest customer service ever, have been waiting for more than an hour for an order which I placed online. It's crazy.
Went in for a mobile order on a time crunch. My gf placed it for me at home. When I arrived, I waited 3-4 minutes while they took care of the people in line. When he asked the name of the order, I told him the full name and phone number. He asked if it was personal or delivery, I said personal. He then asked what the sandwiches were.
Dude WHATS next? What kind of phone the order was placed on? Date of birth? I had to call my girlfriend to see what she ordered. Really inconvenient, Subway. I think enough info was provided. Couldn’t finish my sandwich during my break.
