  Disgusting. Guy was stapling something when I walked in and then asked how he can assist me. I asked him to please change the gloves he had on since he will be touching food. He does. Then I tell him what I want (Italian BMT) he asked me still what meat I want my husband says Italian bmt and the guy looks at the menu he says he never made one . The he makes the littlest one and puts in oven. As we wait he’s touching his glasses and his hat bill I continue to think this guy is about to touch the veggies and will hopefully change his gloves since he’s touching his hat soooo much. Well HE DOESNT. He says what else you want on it. I say nothing. I’m not taking it. So grosssssss pls subway do better. This is so unsanitary and NOTaccepable

  The service was horrible. Staff was very rude and not helpful. We ordered online and they lost our orders. I showed them the order confirmations and they refused to make the orders because they said that they never received them. We tried to get a refund and was not that they would not refund the money because it wasnt their problem. Told us there was nothing that they could do about it and for me to figure it out. I asked for the managers name and phone number and she refused to give it to me
