  Bad customer service, I was brushed off and sent to a survey. Waited in the frustrating ai menu till it eventually had me waiting on a line for customer service. Finally answered and basically brushed me off and said had a good day.

  Management Problem. I walked in, I can see the employees standing there and hear them chatting with each other. But nobody comes to help, no one even acknowledges that there are customers standing and waiting. I made eye contact with an employee and few times and he just want right back to chatting with the employees. I then went and asked for help and was told, “we’ll be right with you” then they continued to talk and laugh with each other.
