  If I could leave this place negative reviews I would. My fiancé was with this company for almost 11 years. Throughout the years his policy has went up to almost $650 dollars for two vehicles on liability and paid off! Yes, you heard that right. After speaking with multiple agents we ended up talking to Carrie. All we wanted was an answer as to why. She simply said he could have called at any time. So a long lasting member of this insurance wrongly increased his bill for YEARS and I guess it’s our job as policy holders to call frequently to make sure we are getting screwed over. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled and the way all state treats their members.

  So far it’s been good Miranda was very helpful and fast with our quote. Gave us different options for a price we could afford.
