  Stopped again because I was in the area and hungry, now a year later. Bread was dried up and stale. Vegetables almost good. Customer service was better. Still a mistake to stop there. Won't do it again. ≈============= I sent the wife to go get 2 sandwiches. The vegetables on my sandwich were limp and old. The meatball marinara was made with all sorts of extra fluff like brown lettuce. My wife complained, the manager said she'd beat her down. Not sure how considering her physical condition, maybe sit on her? Anyway, the sandwiches were bad, customer service was worse.

  Beware ordering online, I ordered a footlong Steak and cheese with ranch dressing on wheat with onions and bell peppers, when I got home opened my sandwich to find that it had olives, tomatoes, pickles, and no cheese.
