  Ordered our wings and ranch directly through the Wingstop website. The food was delivered with the extra ranches we ordered sitting at the bottom, underneath all of the food. I take the boxes out and all of the extra ranch were spilt all over the bottom of the bag. We called the store and a young man answered, claiming we need to call doors dash (we didn't order through door dash) we said they need to solve the issue because it was their fault for the spill. Not a single apology from the staff. We ask to speak to a manager and he comes back and says "she's too busy". We had to go up there which completely defeats the purpose of getting it delivered. They finally gave us the ranch, but we didn't even hear one single time from the manager. I don't blame the guy answering the phone, this falls on bad management.

  This location sucks. I’d rather drive an extra 6 minutes to go to the one in Wylie. Much better experience there.

  I was a little hesitant to order at first because of the Google rating, but I’m so glad I gave this Wingstop in Murphy a try! My food was hot, fresh, and ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be. It’s clear they are working hard to improve—seeing the management respond to recent reviews shows they actually value our feedback and sentiment. I’d definitely encourage others in the community to give them a shot and share your experience. Let’s help this location flourish and succeed! I'll definitely be back. 🍗🔥
