It's easy to see why this location rates at 2.6 stars. I ordered a protein pocket and in the middle of her making it, I was told that she can only add three vegetables. I left. I've placed the exact same order at other locations with zero issue.

This is the worst subway location on earth. Please avoid this at all costs. The Latina lady working there is super rude and super unprofessional. She called the police on me because I asked her very politely if she could heat up my meat before toasting the bread then she caught an attitude and refused to make my sandwich because I didn’t put to heat the meat up on my mobile order request on the Notes. I was very professional and she went crazy on me. I recorded a whole video and posted on TikTok and it went viral. The lady was also very racist and said racist remarks to me. She is a Latina lady and I’m going to upload her photo for you guys to make sure you guys stay away from this subway please please please avoid the subway at all cost. They wouldn’t even give me a refund and she refused to make my money so I lost $20. They scammed me out of the money but these parole are the most unprofessional and rude employees ever. Guys stay the hell away from this place I’m begging you.

Terrible customer service. No greeting. Just stared at me expecting me to start my order. The employee had AirPods on and was talking nonstop rapidly in Spanish to someone throughout my order. I felt like I was interrupting her day by coming in. The time before I was there, the two female employees were also talking in Spanish nonstop to each other and made me feel like I was an unwanted customer. Who owns this place?! So ridiculous.

Very unprofessional experience. Employees were arguing with each other while handling orders, and as a result, my order was made incorrectly. It felt disorganized and chaotic, and no one seemed focused on getting things right. Definitely needs better management and customer service.
