  I found this location today and im so happy I decided to bring my package here. Very welcoming staff and amazing customer service. The star of the show was Luke. I was out of it today from running around looking for a box for my laser, carrying my young son in the Texas heat. Luke was so sweet he took his time to find the box that would fit all of my items including my laser cutter. Luke packed this box with care and precision. He got the box out just within minutes of cutoff. After the day i had Luke was the breath of fresh air. I will definitely make this my place for all things printing/shipping. Thanks Murphy Fed Ex!

  I’ve been using this FedEx Office location for a long time, and the service is consistently outstanding. The entire team is incredibly fast, friendly, and always full of positive energy. Every visit is a pleasant experience because everyone greets customers with a smile and is genuinely eager to help. I especially want to recognize the woman I believe is the manager. She is always professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Her positive attitude clearly sets the tone for the whole team. The younger staff members are also amazing—always energetic, cheerful, and efficient. It’s refreshing to see a team that enjoys what they do and provides such consistently excellent customer service. I highly recommend this FedEx Office location. They truly deserve five stars!

  I had a wonderful experience at this FedEx location. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. I was warmly greeted by two employees, which made me feel welcome right away. When it was my turn, Ojari assisted me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Ojari, for providing such outstanding customer service!

  Visited few months ago & great location. Friendlier employees than other locations. Customer service could be better especially few were standing around like princesses. Also, would be nice if they actually used a ruler to measure simple lamination instructions for school project. Above all, ALWAYS check what you're being charged and request a receipt due to surcharge service fee which shouldn't happen for debit cards. Immediately ask before paying why! It's illegal for certain minimum amount and what dishonesty employees!
