  Called to get some assistance with my parents account as they are out of the country and was yelled at over the phone that I wasn’t allowed to get any info or make any changes but before I could even explain what I needed, the young lady hung up on me in a very angry manner. We have reported this store to corporate and will be cancelling our accounts asap. Save your time and money and do not visit this store.

  Esta compania no sirve llegue como a las 7:15 y una gringa nos saco el dedo una muchacha salio a decirnos que vienen de lejos que por eso cerraron temprano, con razon ya nadie quiere esta compania los trabajadores que estan alli son groseras y mal educadas, simplemente no vayan aqui no si quieren que los atiendan mal

  Llegue a las 7:15 pm porque queria el servicio de Internet en casa y resulta que ya tenían cerrado supuestamemte cierran a las 8. Y no es la primera ves según que estan cerrando la tienda antes de las 8. Eso no está bien como puede uno confiar en una compañía así. Y luego las dos mujeres que están trabajando ahí muy groseras. Había una gringa y una hispana y cuando le tocamos la puerta la hispana nos enseño el dedo. Hizo una mala seña. Es increíble que haya gente trabajando así . Buscare otra compañía.

  I went in during a lunch break and was thoroughly impressed, i was helped by, Anna, Emily and Maria, getting a new line and phone, out within 45 minutes, with the exact phone i wanted, great communication and service, highly recommend!
