There’s a lady there that speaks both Spanish and English that is very rude. Told my dad she couldn’t help him the day before since he wasn’t an authorized user so I made him one and when he walked in again she yelled at him telling him “didn’t I tell you you couldn’t” Even when I made him an authorized user she still refused to switch a phone number to a phone bc she said it wouldn’t work. I had to call the store and tell her that phone has been previously used with cricket. Finally I had to drive up to the store so my dad could be helped. Ridiculous!!!! This lady has no business working in customer service. Her attitude was gross. Leaving cricket because of this encounter. Hire customer friendly people!!!!
