  This is the absolute WORST place to get food. I place pick up orders here all the time and am always having to wait 20-30 minutes after the fact to even get my food! Today I walked in to get it, and it’s still NOT ready! I go to register to ask and I literally get stared at and nobody asks if they can help me or anything! I am so so so upset with this place. DO BETTER subway! I’ll be finding another location to do my business.

  Filthy inside! Ordered online and got home to see our sandwiches smashed into big glob. Raw bacon on the BLT, missing items requested on order. Expired salami on the other sandwich. Nothing was edible! The quality of service and food has completely disappeared!

  The customer service was horrible, and the workers were so rude and they overcharged us for everything. I would never go here!! We were trying to place an order and she kept telling us to shush

  This subway actually has horrible customer service. I tried calling them over 10 times to cancel my order since I live in San Marcos for college right now and I accidentally placed the order here. They absolutely will NOT pick up the phone under any circumstances it seems like which is so ridiculous. When I called the San Marcos location they answered right away and I asked them how to cancel an order and they gave me great advice. This goes to show how horrible the service is at this Montgomery location and they need to change something or else this business is going to go downhill.
