The worst experience with Heather, sales manager and the owner Nicholas. From day one the bill was never correct, the billing date was never correct, and I left message after message and they never returned my calls. I called and left more than 10 messages and she never called me back and she Nicholas called me back he actually defended her instead of admitting she is bounding her job. The culture and attitude is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessional ever in my life. Never again will I use Allstate.

I had an excellent experience working with this insurance agent. Sandy Edwards made transferring my policies incredibly quick and easy, handled everything efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. The process was seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, professional, and reliable service!!
First of all, Devin messed up the policy effective day despite of my email and phone call. And never refund me the money they overcharged me when my policy was still effective with other company. Second, when Allstate rejected my rental property policy, I asked Devin whether should I shop arround to get a quote from other company, she told me "don't worry about it. we can appeal it", and let my policy expired. Then she sent me a quote from Allstate "sister company" with almost doubled premium. I don't appreciate the way she conduted the business.

At first we had a rough time getting our boat policy correct. The dealer gave us the wrong vin numbers to put on our policy. Had to go back cancel the policy and start a new one. A few back and forth and we finally had everything taken care of. Cindy helped us get everything all buttoned up perfectly. The best part is she is local. More than likely she will now be helping with auto policy if needed.
