  Terrible customer service. My order was incorrect and the staff argued with me about the order even though the receipt clearly had everything listed correctly. When I showed them the not well done wings the manager stated that the order has been done since 5:20 and they were soggy because I picked up at 5:40. My receipt showed that I placed the order at 5:21 so how was the order done at 5:20. The young man was doing his best to rectify the order but the lady at the register is in serious need of customer support training.

  This place was straight bunz. The food was made with hate not love . I asked for hot lemon pepper I got just hot buffalo but yk what I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they forgot whatever it happens but no goddamn way you forget to put sauce on the wings??? they were tryna ration the sauce or sum. Looks like they were trying to season the plate and not the wings💔. Dry ahhh wings . Them wings were dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. And like rod wave said “heart been broke so many times I-I-I don’t know what to believe” smh fr.
