  They didn’t listen to our order and the kids didn’t want bone in they wanted boneless. We could barely understand what they were even saying to us. The hickory smoked bbq should not be hotter than the mild or even as hot at the mango habanero… they didn’t want spicy so it shouldn’t be on the green of the chart of spice level, all of the sodas were watered down and nasty. Had to resort to getting water and then had to pay extra for ranch even tho they only needed more cuz it was so spicy they couldn’t even enjoy the food!! $90 order and can’t even finish!

  I was just there ordering a six piece and the employee, Melissa was rolling her eyes at me while she took my order I then asked her was there a problem and she continued to make faces at me I really feel like the manger should speak to There employees on how to do better on customer service

  La verdad que mala atencion al cliente Marcamos para ordenar y nos dejaron en espera como 15 minutes y dije alomejor por que avia gente . Pero nada de eso tuvimos que ir asta la sucursal para poder ordenar y llegando no avia nada de gente la que nos atendio se llama VALERIA y nos atendio de mala gana. Y una mala actitud , nosotros no tenemos la culpa si están teniendo un mal dia nosotros no tenemos la culpa . Eso es falta de capacitacion al personal Dejando claro que en todo momento llegamos de buena manera y sobretodo fuimos respetuosos
