  I went 10/8/2026 and ordered online at 7:54 got there at 8:27 talked to the lady at the register (who I could tell was already stressed)and she gave me my cups to gets my drinks. I didn’t get my food until 8:50 as I was waiting I saw that the guys working in the kitchen are were on there phones and talking to each other while the girl in the front was talking with customers inside/ on the phone are going back and forth to make sure customers go their orders. As I waited the guy that was on break left his trash where customers get their orders went outside for 5 min came back in and then proceeded to spend five min to put a trash bag on a trash can. Finally the girl checked and my order had been done and none of the other workers had thought to help and check for her. I hope she’s gets better shifts because what I saw was genuinely unbelievable. My food was also extremely cold. Also another worker (idk where he popped out of) went to the front called a kitchen worker over and they talked for three min right in front of me.

  Not hard to remember to give 2 of 2 bags for a pickup order yet that's what happened.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with our Wingstop order. They forgot my Coke, my fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out, and my wings weren’t even the flavor I ordered. We were really looking forward to this meal, but instead it was a huge letdown. To make matters worse, it completely ruined my daughter’s day because she was so excited for Wingstop and didn’t even get the meal she was expecting. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the order to be accurate and fresh. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope Wingstop does a better job checking orders before they leave the restaurant. Overall, I’d give this experience a 1/10.

  I canceled on uber eats and they didn’t give me my money back then I tried to for my food and couldn’t get it cause they already throwed it away, awful service i dont recommend this establishment
