Needed help with iPhone the man working was very helpful and got us going again. It wasn't a phone bought from Cricket so he wasn't making any money helping us. I am very grateful for his help.

Went and purchased a new line, BreeAnna was very friendly and patient considering I have a lot of questions. She informed me all the perks of being on the 60$ plan.
